Nothing to be honest

1. Run down, dirty, all doors throughout were broken and slammed shut. 3. The pool was dingy, felt gross and the entire pool area was rusty and molding with numerous missing ceiling tiles. 4. Hot tub dirty, did not work staff said ok to use but gross

I woke up safe

It was disgusting. Super dirty. The people were sketchy.

It was in the area we wanted to be.

Very few amenities and no restaurant.

The floor was covered in dirt and dog hair. The walls have wallpaper pealing off in many places. There is mold in the bathroom. There are holes in the worn in the couch. The add states it is newly remodeled. I was disgusted.

The room was spacious, nicely appointed, with a QUIET refrigerator, and comfortable beds and pillows. Kind staff.

the fan for heating/cooling was loud so we turned it off for the night.

Shower had a lot of pressure despite knowing it was very hard water.

Was double the price it should have been for the quality. So dated and dingy. Would just as soon stay at Motel 6. It¿s that level of quality. Has no business being in $---/night price range after taxes.

It was in a convenient location.

The price is higher than our last stay and there was no longer a free breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned the room after the first night so there were no clean towels and the rooms coffee supplies were not replenished.

Great customer service when checking in. The room was a good size and the little ones had room to play.

I didn¿t like that the pool was locked and we had to go find someone. Also found a crumpled up piece of paper under the bed. You could see an outline on the wall where a picture had been hanging.

Staff and location

Room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom. I booked a 2 queen room and was given a king room. The hot tub was closed and no one told me when I asked about it. I had to walk down in a swim suit to find out it was closed.

It was pretty clean. The staff was nice. Check in & out was easy

Nothing will not go back

Yes, check in and ck out times we're not what I was told, staff was not great! Pool was not the one in Pic! Hot tub was dirty and cool and jets were broken! Ice machine broken. Not ran well! No snow removal car got stuck in parking lot..will not recommend

Hotel had small pool hot tub, and workout area. The maid was extremely friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant had amazing food for great price.

Parking was horrible, photos show a kitchenette and open space with couch etc.. NONE was in the room- was told I had to pay more if I wanted that. Nothing like advertised. Very disappointed in basic hotel when advertised kitchenette suite.

Great location. They give you a free/discounted breakfast at the restaurant next door. Food and service is beyond terrific there. Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful

This was the 2nd time we stayed there. First experience was great. The 2nd in room 305 was horrible. We hardly got any sleep. The AC unit rattled so badly and was loud. the shower didn't work at all

The tv was 30 years old and the reception was lousy. I had other opportunities on my trip to stay at a Shilo hotel but because of the tv I didn't even consider them.

There were not many options in hotels close to the activity we were in the area for so we stayed in the best we could, which was this Shilo Inn. There was nothing wrong with the hotel other than it is dated. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to find close parking. The free internet worked great. I was a little leery of booking a two star hotel but it met our needs just fine.

We checked in at 6pm and our room was still not cleaned. We had to wait another 1/2 hour to get access to our room. There were only a few channels available on the TV.

The room was nice.bed was comfortable and clean

No knowledge of a $50 'Incidental' depostit. Housekeeping came into the room about 1 am, with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The desk staff didnt give a care about it either !!! The breakfast 'coupon' doesn't include coffee........
